This hot-dip galvanized automotive lift system will be used in a water spray booth for testing leaks in vehicles at a major vehicle manufacturer in Toledo, OH.
Each of the four custom-designed columns has a lifting capacity of 2500 lbs, giving the system an 8000 lb lift rating. Each column also includes a maintenance bar, which helps ensure the technician’s safety as they traverse beneath the lifted vehicle. Additional safety features include up/down end travel proximity switches, up/down over travel limit switches and positioning proximity switches.
Each column can be programmed to work independently from the others to allow for specific angles when suspending a vehicle.
